aftermarket amp to stock tape deck?

can it happen? because i dont want to buy a cd player cause i play my music through a mp3 :mrgreen:

There are CD player decks out there that do play MP3's. however, you can get a low-level converter at walmart for like 25$. This allows you to use your stock speak wires to hook up your amp.

I do not recommend doing it that way, but its an option.

Most aftermarket CD players also have an audio input too.  I've got a headpone-RCA adapter plugged into mine and threaded out to the glove box.

Yes, I realize you said you don't want to buy one, but you will eventually, and when you do, you'll know. :)
